Job Title: Financial Service Representative
Location: St. Louis, MO 63103
Pay Range: $23.50 – $24.19/hr.
Duration : 3-6 months (Looking to Convert to Full Time Employee)
Hours/Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of operational tasks creating and/or maintaining customer accounts.
- Duties may include reviewing and processing time sensitive and/or complex documents; interpreting and processing complex daily reports; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints and escalations; learning and following departmental procedures.
- Coordinates situations involving multiple internal departments. Provides back-up for other functions. Works under minimal supervision.
